Naughton Braun values all our customers and we will work with you to assure your complete satisfaction. We want you to be thrilled with your Naughton Braun exclusive jewelry!

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from the Naughton Braun Website within 15 days of shipping, you may return any unused/unworn merchandise that does not show signs of wear or has been customized or altered for a refund, credit, or exchange [minus shipping (if additional fees were originally added) & handling fees]. Please note: Returns are valid for original purchaser only. Contact us at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code (order number required in the email) or complete the Contact Us form and let us know your concerns by including your order number. We cannot accept any returned orders without the RMA code, so please contact us before initiating any returns. We will get back to you promptly!

Gift returns

 

If you have received a gift from Naughton Braun, you can exchange it for credit to use at a future time. Please contact us at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com for your RMA code. This allows you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using this credit to purchase a more suitable Naughton Braun design. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in costs and any additional shipping costs (if applicable), taxes (if applicable) and import duties/VAT (if applicable). Any unused credit will remain on your account until your next purchase. Please note that all gift returns are subject to the same inspection by our Quality Assurance Specialists as regular returns.

 

Insurance & Tracking for Returns

We recommend fully insuring and adding postal tracking to your returned merchandise, because we are not responsible for merchandise that is misplaced, lost, stolen, or damaged through the shipping return method. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition with its original packaging and credit is subject to the merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Once our Quality Assurance Specialists have reviewed the return order and have determined that the returned items are in their original condition, your credit card that was used to make the original purchase will be promptly refunded within two weeks (depending upon your Bank or payment processor). If there are any issues regarding your return, we will notify you promptly to make alternate arrangements for your refund or merchandise credit.  Merchandise that is altered by any jeweler other than Naughton Braun cannot be returned.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and email us at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com promptly. If the shipment was left at your home/office, please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Naughton Braun. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order to HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com including your order number in the email. We will advise you on how to return/rectify the specific issue you may have. Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns processing through our facility.

What is your return policy for international orders?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com. Please mention "International Return" in the email subject line and include your order number and shipping address. We will provide you with a RMA code and further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded once we receive the returned merchandise and our Quality Assurance Specialists have reviewed the return. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order within two weeks (depending upon your Bank or payment processor) after the review.
