How can I be sure of the authenticity of your jewelry?
Our pearls represent a commitment to fine quality and outstanding value at legendary low prices. All of our pieces are carefully handcrafted to order. More specific product information about jewelry items may be available by contacting us at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com.
My pearls do not look exactly like the Website photo, why?
Pearls are natural made products and as such, can vary somewhat from pearl to pearl. All size descriptions on the Naughton Braun Website represent the average size per description, and many times the piece you receive will be somewhat larger than the descriptions.
How do I take care of my pearl jewelry?
We have put together a guide on our pearl/gem stone jewelry which can be found at “Naughton Braun Guide to Pearl Jewelry Care and Safe-keeping”, but the basic rule to remember is: Last on, first off. Your pearls are delicate, and hairspray, perfume, and lotion can significantly impact the lustre and durability of your piece, so put your jewelry on last and when you are done wearing it, take it off first and then carefully store it in the provided velvet bag.
What items are available online?
Naughton Braun items are currently available online with new additions appearing regularly. We do not provide manufacturer information because all of our pieces are hand-crafted by skilled artisans. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Why am I having trouble navigating your site with my browser?
Our web site is best viewed in with FireFox, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Safari. If you are using older browser software (we cannot fully support Internet Explorer 6 and older browsers), you may want to download the free upgrades.
How do I cancel an order?
Contact our Customer Service Department at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com. Orders process quickly, in some cases, an order may already be in the shipping process and may be unable to be canceled.
Why does my shopping bag always appear empty?
The most common reason this happens is because our shopping bag "cookie" is being blocked by the Web browser. Our Website utilizes "cookies" to maintain your shopping bag.
What is a "cookie"?
A cookie is a message given to a Web browser (on home computer) from a Web server (the internet). The cookie allows information to be stored on your or a (either one) home computer (name, addresses, items in shopping bag, interests and hobbies, User ID) for future access by a Website upon a return visit.
How will changing my settings for "cookies" affect my security?
Every browser has different security levels associated with "cookies". Changing these levels is a personal choice. Naughton Braun cannot recommend a particular security setting for you to use, but we can tell you that you must allow cookies in order to shop our site.
I am a retailer, how can I be sure that I will receive my sales tax discount for a wholesale purchase?
The sales tax discount will be applied at checkout for your entity (boutique, store) after your status as a Wholesale eligible customer been verfied when you establish your wholesale account. In order to set up a wholesale account, a Sales Tax ID will need to be entered to establish the account. Please note that the requisite handling fee and VAT Tax (if applicable) will be applied to your order. If you are inadvertently charged a NC sales tax, please contact Naughton Braun at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com to have the situation rectified.
I am a Pearl Ambassador, how can I be sure that I will receive my Ambassador discount?
The Ambassador Discount (50% off the retail price) will be applied at checkout after the Ambassador Code sent to you via email was entered. To be sure that you receive your Ambassador Discount, enter your single-use Ambassador code into the "Ambassador Special Code" box during checkout. Please note that all applicable sales taxes will be applied to your order as well as the requisite handling fee.
