Payment
We accept major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for both Wholesale and Retail purchases. All purchases require entering of an email address as per Naughton Braun policy. All customs, country taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser for international shipments.
Preceding the check-out process for Wholesale customers, an account must be established so that the retail status can be verified (please provide your Sales Tax ID or Form E-595E).
Ambassadors will be given a special one-time use code to receive their Special Discount during check-out.
Shipping/Handling & Sales Tax
Naughton Braun Wholesale and Retail shipments ship for FREE via USPS throughout the USA. Appropriate state sales taxes are added to all retail purchases. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at the time of ordering by entering your address. For international customers, VAT taxes are determined on a case-by-case basis. All customs, country taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser for international shipments.
Ambassadors will be given a special one-time use code to receive their Special Discount (50% off the retail price of one item) during check-out, although sales taxes (if applicable), and VAT taxes (if applicable) will be applied to the order.
Processing & Delivery
All Naughton Braun jewelry is meticulously crafted by hand per order by skilled artisans. Orders are processed through this Website, Monday through Friday, 10am - 2pm (excluding holidays) and our goal is to process orders within 48 hours of receipt so that the artisans can begin the creation of your exceptional jewelry within three days of the initial order.
Regular free delivery (USA purchases) for in-stock merchandise is 10-15 business days. If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. International purchases are shipped by USPS International. Recipient's email is required on all orders.
