Naughton Braun values all our customers and we will work with you to assure your complete satisfaction. We want you to be thrilled with your Naughton Braun demi-fine exclusive jewelry!
We accept major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for both Wholesale and Retail purchases. All purchases made on the Naughton Braun Website require entering of an email address as per Naughton Braun policy. All purchases are made and protected via a SSL lock so that credit card information can be entered securely.
During the check-out process for Wholesale Customers, an account must be pre-established so that the boutique/store/bridal salon retail status can be verified BEFORE any purchases have been made. Please note that the Naughton Braun wholesale prices are deeply discounted and require pre-verification of retail status via the Sales Tax ID# or Form E-595E, the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement Certificate for Exemption in order to make wholesale purchases. There can be no exceptions or refunds based on failure to supply Naughton Braun with this requisite information for wholesale purchases.
For Ambassadors; when a boutique has made a qualifying INITIAL wholesale purchase based on your recommendation via the "Look What I've Shared Form", we will provide you with a special one-time use code to receive your special 50% discount for one item during check-out. Please note that the handling fee and any applicable taxes still apply.
Shipping & Handling and Sales Tax
Naughton Braun Wholesale and Retail shipments ship for FREE via USPS throughout the USA. For international customers, shipping fees are added at check-out upon entering the address of the customer and handled through USPS International with VAT taxes added as appropriate. All customs, country taxes, and handling fees upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser for international shipments, unless pre-arrangements have been made by contacting us at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com. State sales taxes are added to all Retail purchases made by customers (Wholesale purchases are not subject to tax). All customs, country taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser for international shipments.
All Naughton Braun jewelry is carefully handcrafted per order and includes regular FREE delivery (USA purchases only) for in-stock merchandise which is typically 10-15 business days. All customs, country taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery for international shipments and shipping fees are assessed and added to the cost, unless pre-arrangements have been made by contacting us at HiPretty@naughtonbraun.com. Additional time may be required some jewelry selections due to the inherent nature of the freshwater pearls used to make all of our demi-fine pieces. If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly.
